Lee was born on 24th April, 1973 in Worksop, Nottinghamshire
he has a wife Laurae (sister to Andrew Coltart).
His son Samuel Bevan was born 13th April 2001 and his daughter, Poppy Grace was born 5th September 2004.
Lee enjoys snooker, horse racing, football and car sports (owning both a race horse and a pool table).
In his first ever round of golf, Lee shot a score of over 170 and was easily beaten by his Dad.
Lee co-owns the Players Restaurant and Bar at Hale near Manchester with Michael Vaughan, Freddie Flintoff, Darren Clarke and Chubby Chandler.
